FAQ'S

ORDER PLACEMENT • Placement of orders via email, or phone to your representative. • Orders must be placed by 12pm for a next day delivery. All deliveries will be on a Tuesday or Friday unless otherwise advised so within a 48-hour period from time of order. • Orders must be in full cartons and contain details of the items to be delivered along with an address for delivery. Any specific requirements for delivery or changes must be clearly noted. • Orders for product that are temporarily out of stock will be added to a back order and delivered as soon as it arrives into warehouse.

PAYMENT TERMS • Terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. • All stock remains under the ownership of VFWD Pty Ltd until the account is paid in full.

CLAIMS • In order to recognise a claim for damage during transport, loss or ullage, VFWD must be notified at the time of the delivery. No claim will be accepted for out of condition wine unless proof of purchase is supplied.

BANKING DETAILS • Bank details are listed on all invoices.

POURING DISCOUNTS AND BONUS STOCK • Speak to your representative regarding pouring discounts and bonus stock claims.
